My Approach
With an artistic documentary style, my goal as your wedding photographer is not only to document your big day but to take photos that harmonize with and add magic to your memories ✨
The way I shoot embraces a raw and candid aesthetic. This is not just because of my documentary style, but also because I don't edit my photos– nearly every image you see on my website is straight out of camera! I use film simulations, in camera, that I've meticulously crafted through tedious trial and error to capture color, tones, and details in the most beautiful, warm, and natural way; it's a lot like film but with the convenience of digital. Aside from rich and vibrant images, it also means much faster turnaround times so you can expect a full gallery in a week, not three months!
I deliver the best of the best from the photos I take so you get a sweet gallery of 200–350 images– not the encumbering 1,000+ which has become standard in modern wedding photography. I'm a true believer that less is more when you're telling a story with photos. With these aesthetics, I capture the honest human emotion from everyone at your wedding as beautifully as I can so that you can look back 40 years later with tears in your eyes and joy in your hearts. This is my approach.
“Jesse was our photographer for our backyard wedding in August and he did such an incredible job. He was great to work with- quick to respond, professional, and super thoughtful. He has such a natural and timeless photography style that allowed for such beautiful portraits and candids. This also meant a quick turnaround for editing and we got our photos back not even a week after our wedding! He captured the magic of the day perfectly and we will treasure these photos forever.”

Pricing
I don't offer packages because I don't like the idea of delivering less than I'm capable of offering. I always strive to give you my all, and so I have one simple concrete price with the option of an additional photographer:
$3,500 – 10 hours of coverage
+$700 – 2nd photographer (not always available)
